ADVERTISING YOUR PROPERTY: My one time tenant placement fee is $500.00, plus actual advertising costs. I also accompany each prospective tenant to the property for obvious security reasons.

SELECTING QUALIFIED TENANTS: I carefully screen each applicant, to obtain the best possible tenants for your property. Credit, employment and tenancy histories are carefully investigated, evaluated and documented. I provide you with the results of my research, and counsel you throughout the decision-making process.

CREATING RENTAL CONTRACTS: I customize each rental contract to address the particular needs of your specific property. My contracts are clear and comprehensive; I make every effort to assure that your tenants understand exactly what is permitted and expected of them during their term of occupancy.
